近日由於物聯網的興起,每個家庭擁有各類的智慧家電,使得智能設備的使用是無所不在的,因此智慧電網與智慧電表的佈署也隨著而起,便於用戶與電力公司可監控用電資訊。但是由於智能設備所傳送的資訊,存在一些相關的潛在隱私威脅著用戶,如果沒有一個有效的隱私保護機制,管控傳送間往來的資訊,惡意人士將會竊取客戶的用電行為、個人隱私訊息、功耗數據與家電型號等。近年來,有相關研究提出基於屬性加密演算法來對控制伺服器端做一些命令的保護措施,並對客戶端回傳資訊,該回傳資訊會以非對稱加密演算法做加密防護,此外再利用存取控制機制管控每個自動控制設備的執行。不過基於屬性加密演算法有高運算量與撤銷控管的問題,會給使用端帶來極大的負擔。因此,本論文將解決改進此演算法的相關缺失問題,而提出減輕客戶運算負擔與有效率的撤銷機制。....

降壓運轉(CVR)為一藉由降低配電饋線之運轉電壓以減少系統電力需求的節能策略,其具有抑制尖峰負載、減少電力能源消耗及減少碳排放的效果,故於澎湖地區施行降壓運轉將有助於達成建置當地為低碳島的政策目標。由於降壓運轉的節能效果會因不同地區的配電饋線結構、負載量及負載模型之不同而有所差異,故本研究將分析於澎湖重光及西衛饋線施行降壓運轉之節能效果。 除評估降壓運轉整體之節能效果,本研究亦將檢視饋線之電纜線路損失、變壓器銅損和鐵損隨運轉電壓變化的趨勢,以了解降壓運轉對於饋線各種損失成份的影響。此外,由於目前重光及西衛饋線中下游處並未裝置電壓控制設備,故本研究亦將分析如於饋線上裝置並結合這些電壓控制設備進行降壓運轉,是可否得到較佳的節能效果。....

綠膿桿菌是造成院內感染的主要致病菌之一,尤其可在潮濕的環境生存且適應力強,因此常藉由許多媒介物引起院內感染群突發事件。臺北榮民醫院桃園分院於2011至2014年進行了院內感染主要菌種研究,其中鮑氏不動桿菌、大腸桿菌及綠膿桿菌分位居第1至3名(29%、28%及18%),尤其醫界對於綠膿桿菌之多重抗藥性之抗生素治療非常棘手。 八角為八角茴香的星形果實,亦是一種香料通常用於烹飪。除此之外,八角的一些成分有自然的抗菌活性且其萃取物是一種強效的抗菌劑,並且可以在食品保鮮,常添加於化妝品和健康照護品使用。 基此,本研究以臺灣、中國廣西及越南產地之八角茴香,進行常用之萃取方法所得之萃取物進行抑制綠膿桿菌評估研究,已得到初步具有抑菌性驗證,其成果為,(1)超臨界CO2萃取法、醑劑法及酒萃法的萃取物均可以有效抑制綠膿桿菌,唯水萃取物無抑菌效果。(2)以....

澎湖離島之電源來自於柴油機及風機,在冬季離峰時段風機出力佔總負載可達30%以上,依既有調度準則以淨負載量(總負載扣除風機出力)決定上線機組數目可能會低估上線機組數,造成系統轉備容量不足引起供電可靠度及電力品質的問題。 本研究將以實際總負載量決定柴油機組上線數量,同時考慮風力發電出力不穩定特性,以系統實際負載變動量及風力變動量納入考量,並遵循相關調度運轉及輸電要求準則,提出結合「系統等效速度調定率」與「M係數」之演算法,能快速估算系統運轉頻率狀態,在不影響系統供電可靠度下找出系統所能承受之最大損失發電量及系統所需預留之備轉容量大小,進而得到在不同負載量所需之上線運轉機組數量與發電量分配。本研究使用PSS/E針對澎湖電力系統典型運轉模式進行再生能源變動搭配線上最大發電量柴油機組跳脫事故案例模擬,輔以暫態穩定度分析結果,確認所提出之新調度演....

本研究探討商用NMC-LMO鋰離子二次電池在相同充電速率、不同放電速率下,充放電循環圈數對電池電容量衰退之影響。我們利用3組商用電池作0.5C充電及0.5C、1C、2C放電實驗,直到電池電容量衰退至原始電容量之70%以下。充電及放電完成後各靜置3小時,每100圈作參考性能測試 (RPT)。 我們亦進行另一組相同實驗,但充放電完成後沒有靜置,也沒有作RPT。 實驗結果顯示隨充放電循環圈數增加,電容量逐漸減少,Incremental Capacity (IC) 曲線之波峰位置朝高電壓偏移,而波峰高度則下降。波峰向右偏移乃鋰離子損失及鈍化膜形成所致,而波峰高度下降則為活性材料損失所造成。充放電完成後有靜置且有作RPT時,0.5C、1C及2C放電之壽命(電容量衰退至70%之循環圈數)分別為197、236及276,顯示當電池以較快之速率放電,其....
