高雄市國小學生課後運動社團參與動機及阻礙因素之研究

本研究目的在探討高雄市國小學生課後運動社團參與動機及阻礙因素之現況與分析國小學生在參與學校課後運動社團之動機及阻礙因素之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以「高雄市國小學生課後運動社團參與動機及阻礙因素之調查問卷」為研究工具,以高雄市3~6年級學生有參與課後運動社團學生和無參與課後運動社團學生為研究對象,將搜集來的資料以SPSS For Windows12.0版,進行統計分析,採用的統計方法有描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析( one-way ANOVA )、皮爾森積差相關( Person`s Product-Moment ),本研究所有統計考驗的顯著水準均定為α= .05,結果發現:
一、有參與學校課後運動社團學生參與動機方面
以「想在運動比賽中有優異的表現」、「想熟練該項運動項目的技能」、「想發揮更高的運動技能水準,有更好表現」、「想要學習新的運動技巧」等為主要參與動機項目,即顯示目前高雄市有參與學校課後運動社團之國小學生運動社團參與動機偏重「運動發展」方面。而就整體量表來說,受試者在運動社團參與動機上呈現偏高現象。
二、背景因素與有參與學校課後運動社團學生參與動機之差異情形
整體運動社團學生參與動機並不會因性別、年級、父母親教育程度、父母親職業、母親每週有無運動等背景因素差異而有所不同;但卻會因學生「參與社團時間」、「有無額外運動」的不同而有所差異。
三、有參與學校課後運動社團學生阻礙因素方面
以「功課壓力繁重」、「已經上很多項才藝課了沒空擋可參與」為主要參與阻礙項目,即顯示國小學生運動社團參與阻礙較傾向缺乏時間上。在構面上,「個人內在阻礙」為較大影響因素,而就整體量表來說,受試者在運動社團阻礙因素上呈現偏低現象。
四、背景因素與有參與學校課後運動社團學生參與阻礙之差異情形
整體運動社團學生阻礙因素並不會因性別、年級、父母親教育程度、父母親職業、父母親每週有無運動等背景因素而有所不同;但卻會因「參與社團時間」、「有無額外運動」的不同而有所差異。
五、無參與學校課後運動社團學生阻礙因素方面
以「功課壓力繁重」、「沒有喜歡或適合的運動社團」、「缺乏持續參與運動社團的毅力」、「父母沒錢繳交學習費用」、「已經上很多項才藝課了沒空擋可參與」為主要參與阻礙項目,即顯示目前高雄市無參與學校課後運動社團之國小學生運動社團參與阻礙較傾向缺乏時間、喜歡的運動社團和學費上。在構面上「結構性阻礙」為較大影響因素,而整體量表受試者在運動社團的參與阻礙大。
六、背景因素與無參與學校課後運動社團學生參與阻礙之差異情形
整體無參與運動社團學生阻礙因素並不會因性別、母親職業等背景因素而有所不同;但卻會因學生「年級」、「有無額外運動」、「父母親教育程度」、「父親職業」、「父母親每週有無運動」的不同,而在運動社團的阻礙因素上有所差異。
七、有、無參與學校課後運動社團學生的阻礙因素差異結果
高雄市有、無參與學校課後運動社團之國小學生參與阻礙因素達顯著差異。
八、有參與學校課後運動社團學生的參與動機和阻礙因素之相關情形
在二量表各構面彼此間多數呈現顯著低度負相關之關係;整體參與動機與整體阻礙因素亦呈現顯著負相關。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research was to understand the status quo of Kaohsiung elementary school students participation in after-school sports clubs. Students from
third graders to sixth graders in Kaohsiung city were selected as subjects and the questionnaire method was adopted throughout the research.
The results of the study were as follows:
1.In terms of motivation factors, elementary school
students who had had participated in after-school sports
clubs were sport development oriented.
2.The motivation of elementary school students who had had
participated in after-school sports clubs varied with
students time availability and whether they had had
other exercises, but not with students gender, age,
parents vocation, parents exercise habits, or
parents educational background.
3.School workload and lack of time were major obstructions
for elementary school students who had had participated
in after-school sports clubs.
4.The obstructions of elementary school students who had
had participated in after-school sports clubs varied with
students time availability and whether they had had
other exercises, but not with students gender, age,
parents vocation, or parents educational background.
5.Lack of time, no favorable sports clubs, and tight
budgets were major obstructions for elementary school
students who had not participated in after-school sports
clubs.
6.The obstructions of elementary school students who had
not participated in after-school sports clubs varied
students age, parents educational background,
fathers vocation and parents exercise habits; but not
with students gender or mothers vocation.
7.Elementary school students who had had participated in
after-school sports clubs had fewer obstructions in
participating in after-school sports clubs, while those
who had not participated in after-school sports clubs had
more obstructions.
8.Overall, the two scales had a low negative correlation.
The motivation and obstruction factors of elementary
school students who had had participated in after-school
sports clubs showed a significant negative correlation.
