屏東縣國民小學科技領導、組織學習、創新經營與學校效能關係之研究

本研究旨在瞭解屏東縣公立國民小學科技領導、組織學習、創新經營與學校效能的現況,並分別針對不同的背景變項,在科技領導、組織學習、創新經營與學校效能上的差異情形加以探討;其次,分析四者之間的關係;最後本研究試圖對這些因素的影響進行驗證。
  本研究採問卷調查法,以屏東縣公立國民小學教師為調查和分析的對象,編製「屏東縣國民小學科技領導、組織學習、創新經營關係之研究調查問卷」進行調查,抽取屏東縣35所公立國民小學374位國小教師為樣本,蒐集的資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後考驗法、pearson相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與處理。研究結論如下:
一、屏東縣國民小學科技領導、組織學習、創新經營與學校效能之現況均屬良好
  程度。
二、屏東縣國民小學科技領導、組織學習與創新經營,在不同的教師性別、年齡、
  學歷、年資、職務以及學校規模、學校地區上,並無顯著差異。
三、屏東縣國民小學學校效能習會因教師職務之不同而有顯著差異;但在不同的
  教師性別、年齡、學歷、年資以及學校規模、學校地區上,並無顯著差異。
四、屏東縣國民小學科技領導、組織學習、創新經營與學校效能彼此間具有顯著
  正相關。
五、屏東縣國民小學科技領導對組織學習、創新經營與學校效能具有影響力。
六、屏東縣國民小學組織學習對創新經營與學校效能具有影響力。
七、屏東縣國民小學創新經營對學校效能具有影響力。
  最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民小學及後續研究者之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study attempts to investigate the current situations of the technology leadership, organizational learning, innovation management and school effectiveness in Pingtung County elementary schools and to analyze the differences between the technology leadership, organizational learning, innovation management and school effectiveness according to their background variables. This study tries to explore the relationships between the technology leadership, organizational learning, innovation management and school effectiveness. Finally, this study tried to verify the influence of these factors.
 This study adopted questionnaire survey method. The samples were 374 teachers selected from 35 public elementary schools in Pingtung County. The study analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods including: t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson correlation and the multiple regression analysis. These conclusions were summarized below:
1. The current conditions of the technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County were good.
2. The technology leadership, organizational learning and innovation management of elementary schools in Pingtung County showed no significant differences in gender, age , educational background, seniority, position or school scale and school location.
3. School effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County varied significantly from different positions. But it was no significant differences in gender, age , educational background, seniority, school scale and school location.
4. There were high positive correlations between technology leadership,organizational learning, innovation management and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County.
5. The technology leadership had an impact on organizational learning, innovation management and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County.
6. The organizational learning had influence on innovation management and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County.
7. The innovation management had influence on school effectiveness of elementary schools in Pingtung County.
 In the end, this research provided concrete advices for reference to educational authorities, elementary schools and follow-up researchers.
