一個組織團隊為了提高其績效,組織領導者領導風格是團隊成功關鍵因素。本研究主要在探討軍事組織領導者領導風格與組織衝突之間的關係。研究過程採質性研究方法,藉個案觀察與訪談完成研究紀錄,結果發現,軍事領導者其領導風格與組織衝突之間關係非常密切,並且得到以下結論:
一、領導理論隨時間演進發展出獨特性。
(一)特質領導理論-塑造特質領導風格。
(二)行為領導理論-尋求領導中心行為思想。
(三)情境領導理論-領導者高度關懷提升組織效能。
二、軍事領導者具備特質性領導風格。
(一)真誠的領導行為-能感動組織成員提升組織效能。
(二)魅力型的領導者-形塑完美領導形象引領追隨者。
(三)權威式的領導行為-造成組織衝突事件不斷發生。
(四)有信心的領導行為-建立組織成員追隨的導師。
(五)由外而內-建立組織全面領導。
三、軍事領導者互惠領導能激勵組織整體效能。
(一)透過正式會議的程序-使命令轉達更有效率性。
(二)互易領導行為-創造領導者與組織成員雙贏局面。
(三)激勵部屬-建立希望的工作環境可提升組織效能。
(四)掌握衝突危機-妥採應變策略可控管衝突擴大。
四、建立軍事任務願景創建組織共同目標。
(一)領導者決策是否正確-與組織衝突關係密切。
(二)組織任務分配不公平-將導致組織衝突不斷擴大。
(三)組織興革的成功-關鍵在於穩健的變革策略。
五、軍事組織領導風格與衝突管理非常密切。
(一)理性領導行為有效預防組織衝突。
(二)非理性領導行為造成組織衝突擴大。

英文摘要

A team of organizations in order to improve its performance, organizational leaders who lead are key factors in the success of the team leaders guide style. This research mainly in the discussion on relationship between military organizations leader's style of leadership and organizational conflict. Study on process mining qualitative research methods, through observation and interview records of completion of the study, found that military leaders the very close relationship between
leadership style and organizational conflict, and came to the following conclusion:
1. The leadership theory of evolution developed a unique
overtime.
1 The trait theory of leadership-shaping trait
leadership styles.
2 Acts of thought-leadership center-seeking behavior
leadership theory.
3 The situational leadership theory-leader high
patronage enhancing organization effectiveness.
2. Military leaders have trait leadership styles.
1 The honest leadership Act-able to move organizations
improve organizational effectiveness.
2 A charismatic leader in shaping the perfect lead
image-led follow Persons.
3 Authority of leadership-organizational conflict
caused events keep happening.
4 Confidence-established members of the Organization to
follow the leadership of mentors.
5 The organization established by the outer and inner-
overallleadership.
3. Reciprocal military leader leadership effectiveness can
provide an incentive for the Organization as a whole.
1 The program-enables commands transmitted through
official meetings more efficient.
2 Reciprocity leadership-creating leaders and members
of the organization a win-win situation.
3 Motivate subordinates-create hope work environment to
enhance organizational effectiveness.
4 Mining or her master conflict crisis-contingency
strategies to control the conflict.
4. Vision to create an organization common objectives, the
establishment of military tasks.
