中文摘要

從國際的角度來探討整個地球生態,近一百年來由於溫度節節上升,已嚴重威脅到人類及動植物的生存、經濟活動的萎縮,追根究底是地球的大量建設開發,所產生的二氧化碳破壞了地球的臭氧層導致溫度驟升。為了要解決日益嚴重的地球暖化問題,限制二氧化碳等溫室氣體排放,是當前國際社會共同努力的目標。
再從國內的角度來探討台灣的地理環境,它處於強烈地震帶。特別記憶猶新十年前的921大地震,震醒了國人對於建築物耐震行為的探討。專家、學者一致認為鋼結構的耐震行為及節能減廢皆優於鋼筋混凝土結構,因此本研究將深入探討鋼結構材料運用於建築物的優點進而推廣至民間建築產業。藉由鋼結構取代鋼筋混凝土結構為目標,協助產業共同為防止地球持續暖化,勵行節約能源,促進經濟發展,全球永續發展共同努力。

英文摘要

From the global view on the ecology of entire planet, the existence of human beings, animals and plants and the recession of economics have been serious threaten. Due to mass construction and development on Earth, and exhaust gas like Carbon Dioxide, the breaching the Ozonosphere and leading to the rapid increase in temperature. In order to solve the serious problem of global warming, it s the common target for all nations to limit the emission of greenhouse gas like Carbon Dioxide.
Based on the domestic point the giographical environment in Taiwan, it s on the earthquake belt. The 921 earthquake woke Taiwanese scholars to study the anti-earthquake technology on constructions in Taiwan a decade ago. All experts and scholars agree the anti-earthquake performance, energy and waste saving of steel structure is better than concrete structure. Therefore, the reasearch will further probe into the advantages of taking steel structure on buildings, and the promotion application in civil construction industry.The steel industries will prevent global warming, conduct energy saving, stimulate the expansion of economics, and work together in continuous development globally.
