面對資訊科技的快速發展,企業若想提升本身的經營績效,引進資訊科技是現在必然的趨勢,企業若能充分運用ERP系統,則可大幅降低人工作業,也可提升員工電腦素養及企業的競爭力。故本研究結合資訊系統成功模式的資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質,組織支持及科技接受模式的認知易用性及有用性,來探討ERP系統使用滿意度之相關研究。本研究以SPSS 22.0和SmartPLS為統計分析工具,針對使用過ERP系統的人員進行調查研究,回收有效問卷共88份。
經本研究結果發現:(1)組織因素對認知易用性有顯著的正向影響。(2)組織因素對認知有用性有顯著的正向影響。(3)資訊品質對認知易用性沒有顯著的正向影響。(4)資訊品質對認知有用性沒有顯著的正向影響。(5)系統品質對認知易用性有顯著的正向影響。(6)系統品質對認知有用性沒有顯著的正向影響。(7)服務品質對認知易用性有顯著的正向影響。(8)服務品質對認知有用性沒有顯著的正向影響。(9)認知易用性對認知有用性有顯著的正向影響。(10)認知易用性對滿意度有顯著的正向影響。(11)認知有用性對滿意度有顯著的正向影響。

英文摘要

Faced with rapid development in information technology, it is a must for companies to introduce the latest technology if they would like to improve the results from operation. If a company could fully utilize an ERP system, significant reduction in manual labor could be achieved, along with improved employee computer competency and corporate competitiveness. This research incorporates information system success model, organizational factors, and technology acceptance model to exaamine the satisfaction rate of ERP systems. The study utilizes SPSS version 22.0 and SmartPLS as main statistical tools. Questionnaires were distributed to targets with prior experience with an ERP system and 88 valid questionnaires were collected.
The study found that: (1) organizational factors shows positive significance to perceived ease of use; (2) organizational factors shows positive significance to perceived usefulness; (3) information system success model shows positive significance to perceived ease of use; (4) information system success model shows positive significance to perceived usefulness; (5) perceived ease of use has positively significant influence on perceived usefulness; (6) perceived ease of use shows positive significance to satisfaction rate; and (7) perceived usefulness shows positive significance to satisfaction rate.
