創新創意平台對個人知識分享及創新績效之影響

面對劇烈的全球化競爭,創新創意已然成為推動知識經濟的動力,以創新能力提升創意的附加價值,並培育以創新為基礎的人才更是國家經濟發展的要務。近年來,資訊科技突飛猛進,Web 2.0網路平台蓬勃發展,並擴展知識的流通,過去研究探討了許多企業、營利組織、非營利組織等不同組織型態下的知識分享行為,鮮少將焦點放在創意平台的研究中,因此如何運用資訊科技促進創新績效成為本研究的關注的重點。本研究運用創意平台,試圖整合國小學童電子書創作,從資訊系統成功模式及知識分享相關理論探討,並參考社會認知理論將自我效能及心流理論之有趣性列入研究構面,探討對個人知識分享與創新績效的影響。本研究以 SPSS 22 和 SmartPLS 3.2 為統計分析工具,研究範圍限定高雄市立某國小,立意取樣該校國小六年級學童,藉由問卷調查法進行量化統計分析,回收有效問卷共220份。
本研究實證結果發現:
1.系統品質、資訊品質、知識自我效能及有趣性對平台滿意度有顯著的正向影響。
2.知識自我效能、有趣性及平台滿意度對知識分享意圖有顯著的正向影響。
3.知識分享意圖對知識分享有顯著的正向影響。
4.知識分享對創新績效有顯著的正向影響。
根據本研究結果,提出實務意涵與研究建議事項,以提供對運用資訊系統進行知識分享,推動創新績效相關議題,以提供後續研究者交流的參考。

英文摘要

Facing the violent global competition, innovation and creativity has already become the power that promotes the knowledge-based economy. promoting the additional value of creativity by innovation and cultivate grass-root person with creativity talents are important in national economic development.
In recent years, information technology advances by leaps and bounds. Web 2.0 network platforms develop rapidly and expand the circulating of knowledge.Previous studies found the knowledge sharing of many enterprises and non-profit organization, rather than focusing on innovation platform. This research investigates how to make use of information technology to help the innovation performance, and makes use of a innovation platform and try to integrate the elementary school students creations e-books.
Making a literature review from Information Systems Success Model and knowledge sharing related theory, the factor that the detection may be influenced, and make reference to the social cognition theory to take self-efficacy and playfulness into study factors, inquire into the influence to personal innovation performance. The data were analyzed with SPSS22 and SmartPLS. Questionnaires were used to collect the information. Data were collected from elementary school at grade six students. Two hundred and twenty samples were collected. According to the results of the study, several suggestions are offered as follow:
(1)System qualities, information quality, knowledge self-efficacy and playfulness positive significantly influence the satisfaction of innovation platform.
(2)Knowledge self-efficacy, playfulness and satisfaction of innovation platform positive significantly influence the intention of knowledge sharing. .
(3)The intention of knowledge sharing positive significantly influence knowledge sharing.
(4)Knowledge sharing positive significantly influence the innovation performance.
Discussions were made and further suggestions were proposed on the basis of the above conclusions.
