After B.C.1960 into the post-industrial information age, people began to reflect on the aftermath of the industrial revolution brought the face of the impact of information revolution, in this change era of contending, the Railway Cultural regeneration is more awareness of the various types cross state.This research was based on literature review and analysis of the development of the old railway mountain line extension of reform and to identify issues today, and then again through the cultural heritage, experiential marketing, the application of theoretical concepts, and invite with the government leader, investment team, experts, marketing counseling team, eager to railway civil society union and local people and other cultural heritage, railways, the field of marketing experts for in-depth interviews, the use of SWOT analysis of the old railway mountain line status and summarize the railway cultural heritage experiential marketing considerations, and then to analyze the class system in AHP questionnaire, analysis of the importance to carry out assessments, made the old mountain line railway cultural heritage experiential marketing proposal.
