軍校生自我決定論、就讀動機與學習成效關係之研究

近年來國軍發展目標以量小質精為主軸,務求以最小人力得發揮最大效率,
而軍事院校為國軍基層幹部的主要來源,但軍事院校與一般學院在教學及管理上有許多差異,因此有許多學生因而怯步。本研究旨在瞭解,軍校生的自我決定論與就讀動機與學習成效之現況,探討軍校生自我決定論就對讀動機與學習成效上之差異情形與讀動機與學習成效上之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「軍校生自我決定論與動機及學習成效問卷」為研究工具,計分方式採用李克特氏(Likert)五點量表予以計分,以103學年度陸軍專科學校學生為研究對象,合計發放500份問卷,回收有效問卷490份,有效回收率為98%。
在本研究結果中顯示:(1)自我決定論的強弱對就讀動機的結果具有明顯的影響。(2)自我決定論的走向對與學習成效之間有明顯的影響及幫助。(3)就讀動機強弱與學習成的結果之間有著顯著的影響。根據本研究主要發現學生的就讀意願取決於個人的自我決定論為主要影響因素,而就讀意願也會直接影響學生學習的成效,藉此研究供學校及老師針對學校招生與學習規劃給予參考。

英文摘要

Years of military development objectives in a small amount of fine quality for the spindle, with a view to obtain maximum efficiency with minimal human ,The military academies as the main source of military grass-roots cadres, but the military academies and college in general there are many differences in the teaching and management, so there are many students and therefore prohibitive. This study aims to understand, cadets and school self-determinism status of motivation and learning outcomes discussed cadets self-determinism of the difference on reading motivation and learning effect on the situation on the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of reading. This study used questionnaires to self the "cadets and motivation and learning outcomes questionnaire" as a research tool, scoring way Likert's (Likert) scale to be scored five o'clock, with 103 Army specialist academic year school students for the study, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, recovered 490 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 98%.

Have a significant impact (3) student motivation and learning as a result of the strength According to the study found that students enrolled depends on the individual's willingness to self-determination theory as the main factors, but also directly affect the willingness studying the effectiveness of student learning, for schools and teachers to take this research to give a reference for school enrollment and learning programs.
