國中校園欺凌行為之個案研究

研究的目的主要是試圖描繪一位受到欺凌的國中生在校內的生活圖像,希望能藉由Olweus所提之欺凌三規准(一、意圖性的傷害;二、重複不斷發生;三、成對角色間權力不對稱的關係),重新檢試學生的偏差行為,引發關心這個問題的教育工作者一同思索:我們能作些什麼?因此透過研究者在教室內的觀察所寫的雜記和訪談所收集的資料於彙整分析後,釐清受害學生長期處於不利地位的動態化過程。 整個研究分為三期,前期的重點在於了解受害學生的受害經驗與主觀感受,了解受害學生與涉入欺凌行動學生之間的互動關係,以及教育現場的老師如何看待欺凌行為及處置;中期將受害學生轉介給輔導老師進行處遇;後期重點放在這些處遇對於受害學生、涉入欺凌與反欺凌學生之間的影響與改變為何,是否真能協助受害學生擺脫不利的地位。 研究發現: (1)形塑班級內欺凌與反欺凌的動力在於Olweus三規准中成對角色權力不對等關係的確立,而意圖傷害與重複發生只是技巧方面的問題。 (2)校內成人對於欺凌行為的漠視,不僅加速受害氣氛蔓延開來,更無形之中幫助欺凌發起人確立班級內的大哥地位。 (3)教師形塑教室內反欺凌的關鍵應是對於欺凌行為的覺察與立即處理。

英文摘要

This study was intended to picture victim in a junior high school. By reading Olweus theories (1) It is aggressive behavior or intentional harm doing (2) which is carried out repeatedly and over time (3) in an interpersonal relationship characterized by an imbalance of power Olweus, 1999 , we hope to inspire the educational workers to review the deviation behavior between students, and to think what we can do about bullying? In order to understand and analyze the dynamic relationship between bullied students and bullies, I spent time observing students in a junior high school classroom for almost five months, write field notes, and I interviewed all the students who involved bullying and anti-bullying. The research is divided into three stages. The first stage is focusing on the understanding of bullied students how they interacted with the bullies, and how the teachers handle these situations. The second stage is when bullied students being guided to counselors. The third stage focuses on the effect of intervention between bullied, bullies, and students who involved in the anti-bullying team. The results of the study included the following  1 The power of shaping bullying and anti-bullying in the classroom is in an interpersonal relationship characterized by an imbalance of power Olweus, 1999 , once this exist between bullied and bullies students , intentional harm doing and its repeatedly happen over time are only a matter of skills. 2 The ignorance of bullies in school not only increases the terrified atmosphere among students but also enhance the bullying initiator solidify their states. 3 The key of establishing anti-bullying is to take actions immediately when bullying is being noticed.
